Winter Collins, LCSW
Founder & CEO
Winter Collins is the founder of Community Wellness Counseling & Support Services and has served children, families, and individuals across the North Florida Panhandle as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for over 20 years. Her commitment to accessible, community-rooted behavioral health care is the foundation on which CWCSS was built. Winter also provides FL DOH Qualified Supervision for Registered Clinical Social Work Interns.
